Mission Statement

At Clown Yoga, we believe that laughter is the ultimate asana. Our mission is to bring joy, playfulness, and community back to the mat through a whimsical blend of yoga and clowning around. Using whoopee cushions, noisemakers, rubber chickens, and a healthy dose of silliness, we invite yogis of all levels to step outside their comfort zones and rediscover the freedom of movement, laughter, and connection.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi, a curious first-timer, or part of a group seeking a one-of-a-kind experience—our classes create space for joy, spontaneity, and self-expression. Led by Bambi, in full clown gear, Clown Yoga turns every session into a celebration of mindfulness, creativity, and community.

We offer classes for adults, families, kids, bridal parties, businesses, colleges, and special events, proving that yoga can be both lighthearted and deeply connecting.
